Since 2002 Hubbard has developed 8 projects totaling 617 units of affordable housing, and 25 units of Light Industrial space in Indiana. Highlights are:
Project costs totaling $51M
Sold $3.5M in Low Income Housing Tax Credits (“LIHTC”), generating approximately $30M in project equity
Raised over $6.7M in soft funds for the projects
Closed on over $18M in construction financing
Closed over $13M in permanent financing
Additionally, Hubbard has consulted on various projects around the City of Indianapolis, State of Indiana as well as Atlanta Georgia.
